As the Technical Recruiter, you are the architect of our technical growth. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with leadership to attract and evaluate top-tier engineering, product, and IT talent. You play a critical role in supporting LoadUp's growth through strategic hiring and an exceptional candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across the organization
Develop and execute effective strategies to attract active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking
Work closely with hiring managers to define requirements, evaluate candidates, and make informed hiring decisions
Ensure a positive, smooth, and timely experience for every candidate through clear communication
Maintain accurate data in the ATS and report on key metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline health
Support initiatives to position LoadUp as a premier employer within the technical market
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience specifically in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of roles like software engineering, data, and product
Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and advanced sourcing tools
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill complex needs into actionable hiring plans
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred
