The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring non-technical talent across the Archer organization. You will collaborate closely with key hiring leaders to build strong, high-performing cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong tactical executor with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record of successfully making key hires in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers across all engineering groups (Powertrain, Airframe, Software, etc) to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics
Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to source and attract top technical talent
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will drive every detail of the process, including high-touch coordination as needed
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic goals
Provide expert advice to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes. Use analytics and reporting to inform our strategy going forward
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an agency, startup, or corporate environment
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles across a variety of disciplines
Ability to develop high-trust partnerships with top leaders
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong ability to assess talent and match candidates to organizational needs
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and guide hiring decisions
Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results under tight deadlines
