We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have an eye for talent, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Active Sourcing: Utilize various social media platforms, job boards, and networking events to actively source and engage potential candidates
Recruiter Phone Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, and fit
Coding Assessments: Administer and evaluate coding assessments to gauge technical abilities of candidates
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Strategize with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans for different markets
HR Guidance: Provide HR guidance and support to managers throughout the decision-making process, ensuring a seamless and compliant hiring experience
Conduct Exit interviews and track feedback to implement process improvement
Implement 30/60/90 day onboarding reviews with new hires
An expert in benchmarking and compensation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the software or robotics industry
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
Proven experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through social media and other channels
Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills and competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and senior leaders
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
Nice to have:
Familiarity with coding languages and technical assessment tools
Experience in an HR business partner or similar role
