We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Contract position based in the Bronx, New York. This role will manage the recruitment lifecycle from talent identification through offer coordination, helping teams attract candidates with relevant experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to balance high-volume hiring needs with a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and corporate roles, from intake discussions through final-stage hiring steps
Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively identifying candidates through sourcing channels, networking, and market research
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business needs
Screen applicants to evaluate experience, background, and overall fit before advancing candidates through the process
Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout each stage
Manage a high volume of openings while keeping recruitment activity organized, timely, and compliant with established practices
Track candidate progress and hiring data within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and reporting
Support recruiting process improvements and, when applicable, assist with updates to tools or workflows as part of operational changes
Requirements
Demonstrated experience handling full-cycle recruiting in a corporate setting
Strong background in candidate sourcing across multiple channels for technical and business-focused positions
Ability to manage high-volume hiring demands without sacrificing quality or responsiveness
Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to document activity and move candidates through the process
Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple requisitions at once
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make sound recommendations based on role requirements
