Our People Operations team is looking for a dynamic individual to execute Talent Acquisition duties related to our technical hiring during a stage of rapid growth. The Technical Recruiter will work closely with the broader People Operations team and the technical leadership team. This role must be extremely detail oriented, while able to balance various tasks/projects effectively. With anticipated growth, this role will be ever changing and will require the candidate to be adaptable and open-minded.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from job posting and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer management
Partnering with Product, Engineering and Developer Relations leadership to define hiring strategies, role profiles, and success criteria
Proactively sourcing and engaging passive technical candidates through creative and data-driven approaches
Assessing candidates for technical depth, communication skills, and alignment with developer-first values
Managing a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and closing
Building and maintaining diverse, long-term talent pipelines for critical technical functions
Continuously improving recruiting processes, interview practices, and hiring outcomes through feedback and metrics
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition related functions in an evolving and high growth environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize, work independently and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain discretion when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential matters
