Job Description:

We are looking for a high-bandwidth, craft-oriented Recruiter to partner with our Senior Design Recruiter and Design Hiring managers in scaling Verkada’s Product Design department from 30 to 46+ people. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for specialized roles across UX Design, Industrial Design, and Packaging Design, ensuring we maintain an elite talent bar while expanding our footprint in the SF Bay Area and Taiwan.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial intake to offer negotiations
  • Hunt for top design talent, including full-stack Product Designers, Design Systems experts, Packaging Design specialists and more
  • Shape and iterate our recruiting processes, working alongside Designers and Leadership
  • Coordinate Interviews for our UX and Industrial Design team, from screens to on-site interviews across global timezones
  • Deliver a high touch, high-quality transparent, and honest candidate experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Verkada’s design team, ensuring every candidate—regardless of the outcome—has a world-class experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on Product Design, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or Creative Agencies
  • Experienced in high-volume sourcing environments
  • Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
  • Commitment to excellence and top performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Local to the Bay Area - HQ in San Mateo, CA (or open to relocation)
