Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT positions across North America
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team objectives
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices
Stay informed about technology trends, labor market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting
Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, and IT Infrastructure positions
Strong understanding of technical terminology, technologies, and software development methodologies
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience supporting recruitment efforts in North America, including the United States and/or Canada, is preferred
Ability to work North American business hours
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have
Experience working in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-growth technology environment
Familiarity with North American employment markets and recruiting practices
Experience recruiting for both permanent and contract technical positions
