Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and IT positions across North America
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team objectives
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams across multiple time zones
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices
  • Stay informed about technology trends, labor market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals, and IT Infrastructure positions
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology, technologies, and software development methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience supporting recruitment efforts in North America, including the United States and/or Canada, is preferred
  • Ability to work North American business hours
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-growth technology environment
  • Familiarity with North American employment markets and recruiting practices
