We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to support our talent acquisition efforts during the night shift. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. The ideal candidate should have basic experience in recruitment and strong communication skills.
Job Responsibility:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels across time zones
Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlists with stakeholders
Track candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data in ATS or internal recruitment systems
Follow up with candidates for interview availability, feedback, and documentation
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
Comfortable working during night shift (US time zones)
Based in Bangalore (remote work allowed)
Nice to have:
Experience working with international hiring teams
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
