Job Description:

Due to explosive growth, ClearBridge Technology Group is looking for a Technical Recruiter – Virtualization. The candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience delivering virtualization consultants in the cleared and government space and/or recruiting experience within the IT space to join our team. We have a rapidly expanding and deep active client list across many of the Fortune 500. This is a chance for a Recruiter to step in and make an immediate impact on ClearBridge and propel their career forward. The successful candidate will join a high-performing team, working in a fast-changing and growing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • identifying qualified candidates for cleared and non-cleared IT roles
  • conducting candidate interviews
  • negotiating
  • presenting offers
  • maintaining relationships with our team of consultants
  • full- lifecycle IT recruitment process for contract project roles
  • ensuring that client targets, deadlines and expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of technical recruiting experience
  • MUST HAVE: experience recruiting on virtualization projects, specifically VMware by Broadcom
  • Ability to discuss a consultant’s technical background with them and understand what they are saying
  • Ability to understand availability of resources and how we can fit them in the current pipeline
  • Prior experience working in a competitive, recruiting agency environment
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written skills and ability to take detailed notes during technical conversations with consultants into a CRM system (type and talk while holding a conversation)
  • Must be able to work remotely and be internally motivated
  • Experience using CRM systems & computer applications
  • Succeed in a fast-paced environment and experienced juggling and delivering on multiple priorities
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
