Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a vital support role within aircraft maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive and confidential information with precision.

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare essential documentation
  • Enter, review, and audit aircraft maintenance data with precision
  • Act as a point of contact between customers and certifying staff to resolve paperwork queries
  • Assist with warranty, invoicing, and corrective action tracking to ensure billing accuracy
  • Keep our systems updated throughout the maintenance work for seamless operations
  • Maintain and update technical records with attention to detail
  • Create and organise both digital and physical documents for suppliers
  • Support customers with efficient maintenance tracking

Requirements:

  • A keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong communication abilities to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
  • Experience in aviation maintenance records or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in data entry and management systems
