Job Description:

The key objective for Estimator is to gather all site-information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations in a timely manner and make preparations/take ownership for (larger) projects (install instructions etc). The Technical Services Team position has both field based and desk-based elements to the role.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Conduct accurate customer site surveys
  • Produce optimum solutions proposals and Technical Specifications utilising the A-SAFE product range
  • Produce drawings and Technical Specifications from the site survey using CXP or producing CAD overlays
  • Liaise with the client throughout the process
  • Liaise closely with both the Sales Development Executives (SDE’s), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM’s) and the Back office/Install department
  • Customer POC throughout the Survey > Quote process and during installation
  • Implement variation orders as required
  • Collate relevant information pertinent to the Installation environment
  • Inputting data into the company’s CRM & ERP system
  • Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required
