High level of technical expertise
Advanced user knowledge in XML-based editing systems, preferably ST4
Knowledge of media editing

Assume responsibility for quality and standards as an ambassador
Assume responsibility for creating and updating documentation included with products based on norms and company-internal standards
Coach and mentor junior technical writers and onboarders across different businesses
Conduct training courses for new onboarders
Complete timely and accurate audits and report on findings
Ensure all relevant regulations, work rules, and quality procedures are followed on the department
