Job Description

DAS/Office of Information Technology/Enterprise Shared Solutions is seeking an experienced resource to provide Project, Release, Operations, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) duties for the eLicense service area. This position will play a crucial role in advancing and growing the enterprise eLicense service area. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle processes (Agile, Waterfall, etc.), Organizational Change Management (OCM), vendor relationship management.

Requirements

  • Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work efforts
  • Develop project plans and schedules
  • Identify key milestones and deliverables
  • Develop and update project artifacts
  • Triage, prioritize, and assign incoming incident/requests
  • Manage incident/request backlog
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators
  • Review Managed Service Provider status reports
  • Monitor and track SLA metrics and performance
  • Work with Managed Service Provider to scope and schedule enhancements for release
  • Manage release scope for the program and gain agreement and approval of scope changes with customer representatives and affected stakeholders
  • Track high-visibility and legislatively mandated activities/enhancements
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customer representatives
  • Communicate with users and customers as necessary
  • Coordinate and present proposals to customers as necessary
  • Present to technical and non-technical audiences to influence and drive outcomes
  • Identify and drive OCM needs
