We are seeking a dynamic Hybrid Project/Product Manager, for a project based assignment, to join our team and be embedded with our premier client. You'll be the driving force behind branding initiatives and digital platform enhancements, working hands-on while maintaining the strategic perspective needed to deliver transformational results.
Job Responsibility:
Drive Product Strategy & Execution: Own the product roadmap for digital properties, including websites and applications, translating business objectives into actionable product features and enhancements
Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for branding and digital initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Champion Agile Methodologies: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions with development teams and stakeholders
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, marketing teams, technical teams, and external vendors through exceptional communication and negotiation
Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for platform optimization, brand consistency, and user experience improvements that align with business goals
Hands-On Problem Solving: Roll up your sleeves to remove blockers, resolve issues, and ensure teams have what they need to succeed
Bridge Communication Gaps: Serve as the translator between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding across all parties
Manage Competing Priorities: Navigate multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on highest-impact initiatives
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a hybrid role
Proven Agile expertise with hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing product backlogs
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences
Cross-functional leadership experience working with design, development, marketing, and executive teams
Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to connect tactical work to broader business objectives
Self-starter mentality with a track record of taking initiative and driving results independently
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills to navigate competing priorities and stakeholder interests
Experience with digital products, including websites, mobile applications, or similar platforms
Must be based in NYC
Must be willing to go into the office 4x a week (Monday-Thursday)

Nice to have:
