Technical Project Manager India – Jaipur, Rajasthan Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Execution Oversee end-to-end software development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment. Develop project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Ensure project milestones are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Identify risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate them. Technical Leadership Work closely with development teams specializing in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile technologies (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter, or native development). Guide architecture decisions and ensure best practices in backend, frontend, and mobile development. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and system specifications. Ensure code quality, security, and scalability in custom-built applications. Agile & Team Collaboration Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Work with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment with company goals. Manage expectations and provide clear communication on project progress. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management within custom software development. Strong background in PHP, Node.js, React, and mobile app development. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience working with JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools. Preferred Skills: Prior experience as a developer or technical lead in PHP, Node.js, or mobile development. Knowledge of microservices, API development, and database management. Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
