Beacon Hill is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support one of our clients. We are seeking a highly driven, delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives from inception through execution. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives, while maintaining strong accountability across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings a balance of technical fluency, strong program management expertise, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and is confident driving cross-functional teams toward shared goals. In this role, you will oversee the full software development lifecycle, define program goals and timelines, and manage dependencies across multiple initiatives of varying complexity. You will partner closely with engineering, QA, product, design, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, proactively identifying risks, resolving blockers, and maintaining clear visibility into progress. Success in this position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence through data-driven insights and clear storytelling. You will be responsible for delivering executive-level updates, monitoring program health, and continuously optimizing processes to improve delivery speed and quality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in technical program or project management within software development environments, including experience with mobile platforms, system design, and API integrations. A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and strong expertise in tools such as Jira are essential, along with the ability to manage distributed teams and coordinate across time zones.
