As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage IT projects and be responsible for project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements, resource planning, project initiation, and execution. You will be required to communicate effectively with all the teams involved in project priorities, progress, and risk. You will be working closely with our CEO, Technology Head, Technical Leads, and Development teams to design and build outstanding products that our clients love. You will be a liaison between the company and the vendors who work on the development projects. You will also be conducting competitor product analysis and planning continuous product development.
Job Responsibility:
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements:
7-10 years of project management experience
Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Experience in delivery of technology and design consulting projects
Acumen for Client success
Excellent client-facing, internal communication and presentation skills
Experience in driving project teams
Understanding in software development lifecycle methodologies
Experience in client interfacing, project milestone planning, resource planning, sprint planning, daily scrums and sprint execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Inter-departmental coordination and stakeholder management.
BE/BTech/MS/MCA/MTech (CS/Electronics) or an equivalent degree is required
