Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs. The TPM will work closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding, program management skills, and stakeholder communication.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive end-to-end program management: roadmap, timelines, risks, and delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution and alignment
  • Understand technical systems (APIs, cloud, architecture) to identify risks and solutions
  • Implement Agile practices, track progress, and maintain reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related field
  • 6+ years in program/project management (3+ as TPM)
  • Strong understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, DevOps, and Agile
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
