Job Responsibility

  • Lead one or more development projects, taking complete ownership of delivery by guiding and mentoring project leads to create high-performing teams
  • Estimate work, cost, and plan delivery schedules, including tasks, milestones, and dependencies
  • Monitor project progress, publish regular status reports and quality metrics, track risks and issues, and actively work to resolve or mitigate them
  • Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery, ensuring exceptional technical solutions align with company processes and standards
  • Facilitate technical problem-solving and escalations, maintaining project schedules according to sprints in Jira
  • Provide technical project training to teams and serve as a technical mentor to team members
  • Capture innovations, lessons learned, and success stories from projects, sharing them across the organization while leading developers with a balance of technical and soft skills
  • Build strong software project development teams, focusing on individual and collective competencies
  • Manage client interactions, translating requirements into deliverables for the development team
  • Oversee the entire SDLC and project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • BE/ B.Tech/ MCA with 6+ years of experience and a deep understanding of Java/ .NET/ Node.js technologies, web development, architecture, configuration, deployment, and domain-driven designs
  • Core programming skills including relevant frameworks and libraries, are essential
  • Experience with modern web development technologies, such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React or Angular), is required
  • Sound understanding of Agile development methods and leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean environment
  • 4+ years of experience required for this Technical Project Manager profile
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong project management and technical fundamentals to build complex enterprise software applications
  • Ability to apply Agile and Lean practices to lead self-organizing teams and deliver software aligned with client requirements
  • Hands-on experience with OOPS, Data Structure, and Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Must have completed at least 2-3 SDLC projects using relevant Java or .NET technologies and frameworks
  • Familiarity with design principles and domain-driven design
  • Go-getter attitude, ability to work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in preparing technical proposals, effort, and cost estimation
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with project management trends, technologies, and tools
