Job Description

Our client is a global jewelry manufacturer that is expanding their Data & Analytics Department, so the Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of selected strategic initiatives within the organization. The role focuses on cross-functional strategic use cases that span multiple product teams, driving data accessibility, development of data products, and delivery of strategic AI initiatives. You will work closely with D&A leadership, product managers, engineers, data management teams, and wider business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery – from scoping and alignment to launch and post-launch support. This includes defining scope, estimates, staffing needs, detailed plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment, securing agreement across product teams, engineering, D&A specialists, and business stakeholders
  • Report progress to D&A leadership and portfolio governance forums, and contribute to broader portfolio governance processes
  • Support staffing activities, including facilitating the recruitment and onboarding of external consultants when required
  • Enable effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams (architects, data/business analysts, engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and MLOps specialists)
  • Contribute to requirements definition, providing hands-on support when needed and diving into details to ensure clarity and feasibility
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid), ensuring work is well structured and efficiently executed
  • Oversee quality assurance, including coordination of end-to-end testing, UAT, deliverable reviews, and adherence to accessibility, performance, and governance standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in the retail or e-commerce domain)
  • Experience with Analytics, Data products, Data concepts, platform technologies, data governance, architecture, digital platforms, and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams across functions
