Our Studios are the Content Security team’s clients, and we support these banners in securing the storytelling process, protecting content creation through effective problem-solving, authentic partnerships, and technical expertise. Our team’s goals and guiding principles include fostering a culture of content security, eliminating the risk of content leaks, tailoring security solutions to meet our partners’ needs, preparing for the widespread use of AI in the production process, and optimizing the operations of Content Security.
Job Responsibility:
Work with Content Security leadership, internal team, and business unit stakeholders to track application and cloud assessments, projects, initiatives, and consultations
Support the team in the drafting, finalizing, and publication of Secure Configuration Requirements documents
Requirements:
Must Project Management tool experience
Minimum 4 years of Project Management experience
Experience with Jira, Smart Sheets, and Air Table
Communication- strong communicator, in the sense that this person can deliver the message, ask questions, clarify, where are we, what needs to get done
Ability to quickly learn an organization’s business and become an effective contributor to the organization
Knowledge and/or ability to stay current with emerging technologies, and to leverage those technologies as a force multiplier in our work
Comfortable with collaboration and taking direction while having the ability to work independently as required
Adept at thinking strategically and seeing the bigger picture, and how our team’s objectives fit into the overall organization and its goals
Ability to work creatively and flexibly to come up with appropriate solutions to achieve our team’s mission and goals in the face of challenges and conflicting priorities
Ability to quickly filter out the signal from the noise – identify what is important and drive work that moves the needle for our team’s objectives and goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
in particular, should demonstrate a consistent ability to condense a large amount of complicated information into a clear and concise executive summary
Strong writing skills, including excellent grasp of grammar, spelling, and style
Solid background developing documentation from inception through completion

Nice to have:

Media & Entertainment industry experience strongly preferred
Past information and/or content security experience and/or certifications strongly preferred
