Job Description:

Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for an AI-powered workflow engine. Drive product development from initial budgeting workflows to a comprehensive cross-domain automation platform.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
Define and execute vision for workflow automation
Lead development and rollout of the complete project lifecycle
Create go-to-market strategies for different customer segments and business process variations
Build roadmap for expansion beyond finance into other domains while maintaining platform flexibility
Lead and coach teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Lead core project management areas such as cost management, scope, resource allocation, governance, and quality assurance

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
MBA preferred
7+ years in technology, business process automation or financial technology
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, foster trust, and encourage continuous improvement and innovation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure, optimize efficiency, and deliver high-quality results
PMP certification
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

Nice to have:

Product management experience in B2B software, preferably workflow automation or financial technology
Experience with business process mapping and workflow optimization
Deep understanding of financial processes, particularly budgeting, forecasting, and compliance workflows
