Job Responsibility

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Team Coordination: Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, ensuring smooth communication and effective collaboration
  • Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and maintain schedules and budgets, track project progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any issues that arise
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, regularly updating stakeholders on project status and managing expectations
  • Process Improvement: Optimize workflows, implement best practices, and improve project delivery methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in project management, preferably in a technical environment
  • Experience in agile methodologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development processes, cloud technologies, and project management software like JIRA, Asana, or Trello
  • PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, or Agile certifications are advantageous
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of financial planning and resource allocation within project environments
