A fast‑growing, industry‑leading AdTech organization is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (GTM) to drive launch readiness, operational excellence, and change management for next‑generation AI‑powered products. This is a high‑visibility role supporting cutting‑edge initiatives that transform how consumer data is organized, activated, and delivered across marketing ecosystems.
Job Responsibility:
Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure product readiness and seamless launch execution
Build and run change management plans, including communication strategies, training, legacy deprecation, and adoption for new AI capabilities
Lead stakeholder communications across Sales, Operations, and cross‑functional teams
Drive product rollout strategy, ensuring new products get “out the door” effectively and with clear ownership
Managing launch timelines for internal and external products
Define and track SLAs, adoption metrics, and success criteria
Support GTM planning for AI‑driven internal and external products
Coordinate with DevOps and QA to ensure system stability, reliability, and incident readiness
Establish launch frameworks, rollback procedures, and operational sign‑off processes
Track post-launch performance and feeding learnings back into teams
Partnering with Marketing and Product on messaging and positioning
Requirements:
5+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience
Experience launching AI, ML, or data‑driven products
Strong background in change management (PROSCI exposure is a plus)
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, especially when navigating resistance
Experience collaborating closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams
Background in AdTech, marketing technology, or consumer data environments
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI‑related projects and emerging technologies
Ability to define, communicate, and measure SLAs
Experience making go/no‑go decisions and managing risk during launches
Agile framework based implementation experience
Driving launch‑ready frameworks and operational readiness plans
Applying structured change management approaches
Managing and influencing resistant stakeholders during product rollout
Executing go/no‑go decision processes when products are not launch‑ready
Defining, operationalizing, and communicating SLAs to technical and non‑technical leaders
