Technical Project Manager

• Manage the implementation and deployment of mobile device management solutions, specifically utilizing Microsoft Intune
• Lead efforts in optimizing the volunteer management system and ensure successful deployment across the organization
• Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and reworking workflows
• Oversee procurement, onboarding, and service provisioning initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business cases and define clear paths toward achieving operational goals
• Ensure deliverables are met within established timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives
• Monitor multiple concurrent projects, ensuring proper resource allocation and risk management
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and assessments
• Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to ensure the practical implementation of solutions

• Proven experience in IT project management, including leading large-scale deployments
• Strong knowledge of mobile device management solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem and related technologies
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on technical expertise, not limited to conceptual understanding
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Background in procurement, onboarding, and service provisioning is a plus
