Technical Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end software development projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, resource allocation, coordination, and quality assurance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, product owners, business analysts, and IT director, etc.) to ensure project deliverables align with product vision, business and technical standards
• Drive the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business and technical requirements
• Organize and track project team tasks to achieve quality and delivery goals, following Agile methodology
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to relevant managers and stakeholders
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and operational efficiency
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members to support their growth and performance
• Apply best practice risk management, assessing risks in an informed and considered manner, and plan for effective mitigation strategies
• Build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholder teams to ensure smooth, customer-centric delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-project environments
• experience with SaaS solutions is preferred
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Proven experience in project planning, task breakdown, reporting, estimation, and Gantt chart management
• Skilled in translating business and technical requirements into functional specifications, business process models (e.g., BPMN), UML diagrams, and UI/UX documentation, with a focus on requirements capture and management to guide teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated leadership, confident to challenge constructively, hold team members accountable, and team motivation
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset

Experience with basic SQL queries is an advantage
