Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations and service providers
Research, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate ICT projects, programs and related initiatives
Negotiate and engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination and collaboration for timely and successful outcomes
Identify, manage and resolve project issues, risks, dependencies and constraints
Provide management, coordination, governance and assurance of complex ICT projects
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver desired change, ensuring benefits realisation and agreed outcomes
Requirements:
Relevant ICT qualifications and a minimum of 10 years' experience successfully delivering complex ICT projects and programs with capability to identify, assess and manage project, program and technical risks, constraints, dependencies and compliance requirements in Federal government ICT environments
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations and service providers
Recognised project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) and experience with/ and application of project management frameworks and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), including backlog management, iteration planning and release management
Technical acumen spanning solution architecture, integrations/APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps (CI/CD), cybersecurity controls and data management
