Job Description:

Technical Project Manager role in Data Engineering at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role involves ensuring data solutions deliver value to internal teams and external partners, working with technical and business teams to translate needs into deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Data Engineering Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Project Managers to scope, plan, and deliver data and reporting solutions
Collaborate with Tech Leads to embed partner needs into technical roadmap and delivery priorities
Meet with partners to discuss data-related projects, gather requirements, and present progress
Collaborate with Business Development, Project Management, and Growth teams to align requirements and timelines
Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to partners showcasing data products
Develop deep understanding of Fever's data model, business processes, dashboards, and APIs
Translate business questions into precise technical specifications
Monitor and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Identify and propose technologies or process improvements
Contribute to execution of Data Engineering vision

Requirements:

Solid experience managing data or analytics projects end-to-end in fast-paced tech, SaaS, or consulting environment
Understanding of data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems
Comfortable discussing project timelines with stakeholders and schema design with developers
Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving definitions and ambiguity
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, DataHub, or BI platforms (Metabase, Superset, Looker, etc.) is a plus

Nice to have:

Experience working on partner-facing reporting portals or analytics platforms
Ability to bring ideas and experience to help shape the vision and strategy of reporting products and reporting experience for partners
