Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master

Execute multiple projects simultaneously and provide leadership and day-to-day management throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with Beyond Limits Saudi Arabia and the greater EMEA region, and US headquarter teams to understand and manage customer expectations accurately. Apply project management principles to decide on a method of project delivery that meets the needs of the project. Based on contract terms, set detailed project schedules and milestones that everyone agrees to. Based on the contract terms, decide on the details of the deliverables, and as a Product Owner, lead the development towards delivery. Provide weekly status reports to customers and internal management summarizing progress towards milestones, issues that prevent milestones from being achieved, and business opportunities discovered during project execution. Facilitate Scrum meetings as a Scrum Master. Resolve day-to-day project issues for internal teams or customers. Set up the project management tools for the internal teams. Establish security policies for protecting customer data and deliverables. Share the processes required for the project management within the PMO team and cooperate in improving PMO processes for the future. Interact primarily with KSA customers and the Beyond Limits EMEA teams; adjust the work hours to the US time zone when needed. Serve as the main point of contact for the customer for assigned project. Visit customer's office to participate in project meetings or resolve issues as needed.
