Job Description

We seek a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Platform Architecture team, managing customer-facing projects for custom cloud security deployments. The ideal candidate combines project management expertise, cloud security knowledge, and strong customer relationship skills to deliver successful outcomes while collaborating with Platform Architects, R&D, and Field teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage Custom Deployment Projects: Plan and execute custom cloud security deployments, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear project scopes and timelines
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary customer contact, translating needs into technical requirements and fostering strong relationships
  • Team Collaboration: Bridge Platform Architects, R&D, Field Sales, and Customer Success teams to align efforts and communicate technical updates
  • Technical Oversight: Use cloud security knowledge to guide decisions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality deliverables
  • Process Improvement: Maintain project documentation and optimize processes for efficiency

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in cloud security or IT
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
  • Cloud or project management certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP) are a plus
