We have an urgent opening for a Technical Lead to join a large-scale digital transformation program at a leading automotive manufacturing plant in Bidadi, Bengaluru.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of digital and IT projects
  • Working closely with business and tech teams to convert requirements into working solutions
  • Reviewing code, managing architecture decisions, and ensuring quality
  • Handling project planning, timelines, risk, and stakeholder updates
  • Supporting deployment, post-go-live issues, and knowledge transfer
  • Mentoring junior team members and keeping delivery on track

Requirements:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in IT delivery or technical lead roles
  • Hands-on with Java tech stack and cloud-based SaaS solutions
  • Good understanding of data integration and enterprise platforms
  • Experience in client-facing or stakeholder management roles
  • Exposure to PLM, middleware, or manufacturing IT environments is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
