Establish and refine future project roadmap in cooperation with R&D stakeholders
Build a firm understanding of both scope and technical context of patient related projects to help guide decisions regarding project scopes
You will be talking with developers, architects, project and product managers across teams, value streams and country boundaries
Facilitate knowledge sharing between development teams to ensure context is shared and aligned
Bug reports and other curve-ball activities that needs your A-game to progress with as little impact on end-users and development initiatives as possible
Coordinate and manage project dependencies with other software and hardware teams and projects
Occasionally represent the team from the technical side during decision meetings with key stakeholders
Manage the technical roadmap and development plan for the team assuring we are working towards vision
Prepare, facilitate, contribute and document ideations, priority discussions and decisions
In summary, you will be taking ownership of the day-to-day operations for the full team
Requirements
Experience from project or team leadership in a software development and/or project-based setting preferably within backend software engineering
Experience within organisations that deliver with a B2C focus where you bring an understanding of what regular users can accept and what they cannot accept
A self-driven team player with enthusiasm for collaborating in a highly technical research and development setting
Curious about technology and interest to understand how things work
Someone who is not afraid on hands-on work next to strategic and tactical efforts
