Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter and proactive problem-solver who is capable of managing multiple complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving standardization, and communicating with executive stakeholders. Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to ensure alignment and execution of plans
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and mitigate risks
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate key meetings and workshops
  • Regularly provide executive-level briefings, including key performance indicators, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and key decisions

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management (hands on configuration)
  • 2 years experience implementing SaaS / have worked in a Software Delivery environment of large scale projects
  • Experience with configuration tools and able to fulfil technical tasks
  • 2 years experience with external client-facing of global enterprise
  • 3 years experience technical configuration of using XML or YML files or Self Service tools
  • 1 year experience with Query from SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges
  • adjust to shifting priorities, identify and take on technical and operational issues during implementation
  • Strong analytical skills, detailed understanding and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday, and Documentation repository
