Technical Project Manager (Electronic Engineering)

• Lead the technical design and development of new products, providing engineering expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Define project plans, establish realistic timescales, and identify the resources required to achieve successful delivery of projects and products
• Support customer proposals by developing technical solutions, preparing cost estimates, and identifying potential risks
• Ensure all technical documentation is created, maintained, and controlled in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes, procedures, and ways of working

• Degree qualified in Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• Understanding and experience of working through the Product Design Lifecycle, including from initial concept to manufacturing
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, including safety, EMC, and environmental requirements within commercial and regulated sectors
• Understanding of quality management systems and the importance of maintaining compliance with established standards
• Exposure to Embedded Software and firmware development environments
• Knowledge of CAD (ideally SolidWorks)
