Job Description

We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager - Cybersecurity - HYBRID to join our team in Arlington, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our IT Delivery Practice. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning and supporting strategic technology initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Communicate effectively up and down the organization, engaging with executives, engineers, architects, business groups, and shared services
  • Lead planning and structuring of technology initiatives to streamline capabilities and tools that support business value delivery
  • Support assessment of project scope and prioritization across technology capabilities to drive modernization efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and product teams to identify opportunities to increase business value through technology modernization
  • Create and manage effective portfolio processes, thinking creatively to deliver value quickly while strategically managing costs
  • Document portfolio plans and conduct presentations for technical, business, and leadership audiences to communicate strategy and progress
  • Support the CTO Delivery group by planning initiatives aligned to portfolio goals
  • Assist with change management activities for the team and broader organization
  • Champion financial management for assigned programs and projects, including annual budgets and ongoing financial planning
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancement opportunities and driving operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology project, program, or portfolio leadership roles
  • 7+ years experience managing technology modernization projects using diverse supporting technologies
  • 2+ years Cyber Security

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing project/program plans, budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and manage technical dependencies across multiple initiatives
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Financial services industry experience preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Scrum Master Certification preferred
