Reporting to the Operations Technology Head for Global Wealth Management, the Director of Technical Program Management for Wealth Operations is responsible for the delivery of technology Book of Work for wealth operations. You own driving the launch of market leading advisor experiences and digital capabilities for our wealth operations meeting our customer needs. Deliver customer-centric solutions and communications that enable clients to confidently manage their entire financial picture through easy-to-use tools, insights, content, offers, and recommendations. Delivery of programs that provide for a growing digital presence and offerings for our wealth management customers

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the delivery of technology Book of Work for wealth operations
  • Own driving the launch of market leading advisor experiences and digital capabilities for our wealth operations meeting our customer needs

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop talent and build a bar raising function & high performing teams (both managers and individual contributors)
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, empathy and level headed, fact based approach to solving problems.
  • Capability to define a well thought out organizational strategy and execute on an associated operational plan.
  • Experience with building client centric platforms at scale, understanding of value stream mapping and ensuring delivery of services in a domain driven design architecture
  • Experience with cloud computing, online services, enterprise software development, engineering and associated operations at scale, application security.
  • Experience with associated developer tooling for CI/CD, TDD, and BDD
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills backed by a strong business and technical vision

  • Prior experience in wealth management with focus on operations is a huge plus
