Provide leadership and energy to internal project teams and partners

Requirements:
Technical degree is preferred (desirable) or equivalent work experience, i.e. Engineering or Data Science
A passion for motorsport
Strong technical background – Anticipating, adopting and developing innovations in digital, data, software and/or technology applications
Client-centric - Natural desire to develop opportunities with clients and exceed client expectations
Project and operational management skills – Uses leading KPIs and critical success factors alongside business systems and processes to drive successful outcomes
Commercial and Financial acumen - Demonstrable experience of financial management and commercial negotiation
Willingness to travel, anywhere in the UK or overseas. Some projects will require more travel than others. Travel can fluctuate and sometimes be at short notice
Manages complexity - Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and contradictory information to effectively solve problems
Able to build partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Internally and externally
Experience of Smart Factory projects or technologies would be desirable
