Responsible for the project management that includes planning, execution, control, total risk management, budget monitoring, closeout, systems analysis, and programming activities including business requirements and feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, the development and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs, Define the requirements and provide data analysis. Perform systems, business system analysis, and business process modeling and software process development, Look beyond the current technology or procedures to discover the true nature of the business activity project planning full SDLC, Interact with clients and business users to gather requirements, create workflows, data modeling using IDEF version 0,3 tools and techniques, report writing using SQL, VB, VBA coding, Hire/identify the key technical resources for the projects, forecast the schedules and budgets for the projects., Interact with various departments viz. marketing, sales, recruiters, accounts, and administration via a complete flow of information and helped management to ensure process compliance, Create daily, weekly and quarterly productivity and financial reports to effectively manage annual business targets and achievements, Develop process training plans for employees and customers in software development life cycle (SDLC), Actively participate in enhancement, development and support of CRM –sales/marketing and Internal Financial reporting applications. Also work as project manager with expertise in Agile methodologies and use of tool such as Primavera and Visio, Responsible for implementing projects Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff, Experience in Java/J2EE, .Net, SQL/Oracle, Oracle/Peoplesoft/SAP, and Mobile Technologies.
