As a Technical Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects that drive the growth of our products across multiple markets. You will work closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams to ensure smooth project delivery while learning best practices in Agile development and technical project management.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in planning and executing technical projects from initiation to delivery
Support defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate with engineering, product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams on project activities
Track project progress and help identify potential risks or delays
Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports
Facilitate team coordination and follow-ups on tasks and deliverables
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
Assist in managing cross-team dependencies and resolving project blockers
Communicate project updates and action items to stakeholders
Ensure documentation, processes, and quality standards are followed
Continuously learn project management tools, methodologies, and technical workflows
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, software development, or related field
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Willingness to learn Agile methodologies and technical project management practices
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) is a plus
Basic understanding of APIs, web/mobile applications, or system workflows is a plus
Nice to have:
Internship experience in software development, product, or project coordination
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts
Exposure to tech environments or startup culture
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak and write clear, professional English
