Job Description:

This role will support a single high‑volume enterprise client with a large deployment of IoT gateways and digital temperature‑monitoring devices. The role involves managing a continuous flow of inbound tickets, performing initial troubleshooting, and determining when field technicians need to be dispatched. Because the client experiences more than 1,000 truck rolls per month, the position requires consistent, detail‑focused coordination and the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently. The role works closely with field services and support teams, operate within an Agile environment, and handle large datasets while ensuring all documentation, schedules, and project activities are maintained to company standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound support tickets for IoT devices and gateways
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and determine when field technicians need to be dispatched
  • Coordinate 1K+ monthly truck rolls and ensure proper documentation of each event
  • Manage project schedules, compile status reports, and coordinate project meetings
  • Identify, analyze, and document system requirements and project scope
  • Ensure all project phases are documented according to department standards
  • Work closely with field services teams and support operations
  • Handle large datasets and maintain a high level of accuracy in a repetitive workflow
  • Operate in a fast‑paced Agile environment with minimal supervision

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project coordination, technical coordination, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to perform high‑volume, repetitive operational tasks
  • Experience handling large datasets in fast‑paced environments
  • Self‑starter capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with IT project lifecycle, documentation, and standard project‑coordination practices
