5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance domain, preferably General/Asset Insurance
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq, Figma, etc.
Experience in working on greenfield or large-scale transformation projects is preferred
Exposure to API-driven product development is an added advantage

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into deliverable features
Ensure traceability of requirements through development, testing, and delivery
Support the QA and UAT teams with clarifications, test case validation, and issue triage
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Maintain backlog hygiene by continuously refining stories and prioritizing based on business value and dependencies
