We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Analyst to oversee and execute complex technology programs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This position is based in Hartford County, Connecticut, and is a contract opportunity with the potential for a long-term role. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs involving diverse stakeholders and systems
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery
  • Analyze technical and business requirements to design effective solutions that meet organizational goals
  • Identify potential risks within programs and implement proactive mitigation measures

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and Project
  • Technical expertise in IT systems and data analysis tools, including Tableau and Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate program performance and address challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical program management or analysis
  • Preferred certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, and Azure
