Parser is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading programs and projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of our banking and financial technology initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate programs, projects across a strongly federated Organizations (Multiple ways of work, reporting and coordination structures)
  • Strong communication and clarity between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring transparent and alignment
  • Technical projects from inception to completion
  • Manage dependencies, vendor relationships, and cross-team ticketing processes
  • Navigate uncertainty and ambiguity with confidence and strategic thinking
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring all team members are committed to delivery timelines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the banking or financial technology sector
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
  • Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
  • Experience in managing dependencies and vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and cross-team collaboration processes
  • Ability to thrive in environments with uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Technical expertise is highly desirable

Nice to have:
