Technical Programme Manager

We’re now looking for a Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our new Booker Marketplace — a complex, cross‑functional technology programme that will play a key role in our future growth. As a Technical Programme Manager, you’ll deliver large‑scale, cross‑functional programmes with significant business and technical complexity. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering and business teams to ensure we deliver value early and often, keeping colleagues aligned, informed and engaged throughout. You’ll be responsible for shaping clear delivery plans, managing technical implementation, overseeing governance, and ensuring risks, issues and dependencies are well understood and acted on quickly. You will bring structure, clarity and calm leadership to a fast‑moving environment, helping Booker deliver the Marketplace programme safely, on time and within budget. This role is pivotal to ensuring colleagues, systems and processes are ready to support the Marketplace launch and ongoing improvements.
