Job Description:

Seeking a hands-on Technical Program/Project Manager with strong Scrum leadership experience to support interactive video experiences across living room and streaming platforms. This role partners closely with engineering and product teams delivering dynamic, sports-driven features across connected TV and mobile video applications. This position is Scrum Lead-heavy (60-70%), with Program Management responsibilities (30-40%).

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies for a cross-functional engineering team
  • Own execution plans, timelines, dependencies, and delivery forecasting
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to align roadmaps and priorities
  • Drive clear communication, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment
  • Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of technical project or program management experience working directly with engineering teams
  • 5+ years of hands-on Agile/Scrum experience, acting as a Scrum Lead
  • Background working in a media or streaming technology environment
  • Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives without direct authority
  • Expertise with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level status reporting
  • Ability to identify risks early, manage dependencies, and drive mitigation plans

Nice to have:

  • Sports or sports media experience
  • Experience supporting interactive or data-driven video experiences
  • Familiarity with backend systems, personalization, or ML-driven platforms
  • Scrum certification (CSM or CSP)
