Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Product Manager III to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding websites and applications from sophisticated threats, including bot attacks and DDoS incidents. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in cybersecurity using cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs), while collaborating with top-tier professionals across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute a multi-year strategy to enhance bot detection and mitigation across retail platforms
  • implement a layered defense framework, coordinating traffic management efforts across edge, border, and origin services
  • facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external industry partners to address emerging cybersecurity threats
  • lead the integration of advanced technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence into security systems
  • manage complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of results
  • oversee the creation and optimization of sustainable processes to support robust cybersecurity infrastructure
  • coordinate with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions across various platforms
  • drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies to strengthen digital defenses
  • monitor and adapt to the evolving threat landscape to ensure the continued security and trust of customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product or program management
  • at least 5 years of experience working directly with engineering teams
  • hands-on experience with software development, spanning a minimum of 5 years
  • demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects across cross-functional teams
  • proficiency in building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including bot detection and mitigation strategies
  • familiarity with innovative technologies such as AI, machine learning, and LLMs
  • excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
