Job Description:

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer in Chantilly, Virginia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, direct, and schedule all work performed under the Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Ensure the technical quality of services, support, and products procured under the contract
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) regarding project technical, cost, and schedule performance
  • Manage Sponsor priorities within the approved schedule, cost, and performance constraints
  • Foster a team environment, ensuring that all contractor personnel collaborate effectively with the Sponsor and other contractors
  • Facilitate the quick acclimation of new COTRs, Administrative COTRs (ACOTRs), and Government Task Managers (GTMs)
  • Identify resource efficiencies and seek ways to streamline program cost and schedule
  • Be accessible and report to the Government Contracting Officer for all contract related issues and to the COTR for all technical issues
  • Communicate accurate and timely status updates to the Sponsor and the COTR
  • Maintain effective communications and coordination among all Sponsor stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines
  • five (5) years in technical program management, preferably focusing on network infrastructure projects
  • A bachelor’s degree – OR – four (4) additional years of relevant experience in IT
  • Candidates must have demonstrated experience in leading contractor teams in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) or IC, including managing subcontractors
  • Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph

Nice to have:

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience as a PM over data center network projects
  • AWS experience
  • Demonstrated experience with programs deploying IT solutions supporting complex intelligence collection platforms
