We are looking for a Program Manager to join our intelligence program supporting a key government customer in Chantilly, Virginia.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, direct, and schedule all work performed under the Statement of Work (SOW)
Ensure the technical quality of services, support, and products procured under the contract
Serve as the primary contact for the Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) regarding project technical, cost, and schedule performance
Manage Sponsor priorities within the approved schedule, cost, and performance constraints
Foster a team environment, ensuring that all contractor personnel collaborate effectively with the Sponsor and other contractors
Facilitate the quick acclimation of new COTRs, Administrative COTRs (ACOTRs), and Government Task Managers (GTMs)
Identify resource efficiencies and seek ways to streamline program cost and schedule
Be accessible and report to the Government Contracting Officer for all contract related issues and to the COTR for all technical issues
Communicate accurate and timely status updates to the Sponsor and the COTR
Maintain effective communications and coordination among all Sponsor stakeholders
Requirements:
Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines
five (5) years in technical program management, preferably focusing on network infrastructure projects
A bachelor’s degree – OR – four (4) additional years of relevant experience in IT
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in leading contractor teams in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) or IC, including managing subcontractors
Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph
Nice to have:
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience as a PM over data center network projects
AWS experience
Demonstrated experience with programs deploying IT solutions supporting complex intelligence collection platforms
