Job Description

We are working exclusively with one of North America's largest audio and entertainment platforms, 150 million listeners across streaming, satellite, podcasting and advertising technology. They are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join on a 12 month freelance contract with a strong likelihood of extension. This is a senior individual contributor TPM role owning portfolio-level delivery for a critical identity domain that underpins customer-facing experiences across the entire platform. You will lead large-scale cross-functional programmes across distributed systems and microservices, shape roadmaps and multi-year sequencing, manage dependencies across multiple engineering teams and provide executive stakeholders with clear delivery frameworks and investment tradeoffs.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Management
  • Experience leading programmes across distributed systems, microservices or enterprise platforms
  • Strong Agile and SAFe experience including PI planning and release management
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple engineering teams
  • Comfortable presenting tradeoffs and delivery frameworks to executive stakeholders
  • Experience with incident response, release coordination and operational readiness
