The Software Technology Solutions (STS) Team is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive strategic business initiatives. This role involves managing multiple projects, leading Agile/Scrum teams, and ensuring cross-functional readiness for product commercialization while delivering solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication across departments
Act as a Scrum Master to guide Agile practices and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
Provide technical guidance on AWS-based solutions, ensuring best practices in scalability and security
Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project resilience
Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders, preparing detailed reports and presentations
Promote continuous improvement by addressing inefficiencies and implementing enhancements
Collaborate with business units to align project outcomes with strategic goals
Prepare for governance decisions, ensuring recommendations are data-driven and balanced
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams for customer-facing product development
Proven track record of delivering complex programs on schedule, within budget, and at high quality
Healthcare or medical device/technology experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
Leadership and collaboration in matrix organizations
Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach
Analytical problem-solving and risk management
Expertise in Agile practices, change management, and process improvement
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Organizational skills with consistent follow-through
