Job Description:

The Software Technology Solutions (STS) Team is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive strategic business initiatives. This role involves managing multiple projects, leading Agile/Scrum teams, and ensuring cross-functional readiness for product commercialization while delivering solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication across departments
  • Act as a Scrum Master to guide Agile practices and facilitate ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Provide technical guidance on AWS-based solutions, ensuring best practices in scalability and security
  • Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure project resilience
  • Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders, preparing detailed reports and presentations
  • Promote continuous improvement by addressing inefficiencies and implementing enhancements
  • Collaborate with business units to align project outcomes with strategic goals
  • Prepare for governance decisions, ensuring recommendations are data-driven and balanced

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams for customer-facing product development
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on schedule, within budget, and at high quality
  • Healthcare or medical device/technology experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
  • PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
  • Leadership and collaboration in matrix organizations
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach
  • Analytical problem-solving and risk management
  • Expertise in Agile practices, change management, and process improvement
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Organizational skills with consistent follow-through
