Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead capacity planning and forecasting initiatives for our fleet service operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automotive or engineering, who thrives in data-driven environments and enjoys solving complex operational challenges. Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement capacity planning and forecasting tools to optimize fleet service operations
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, forecast needs, and present insights to stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to drive strategic decisions
Lead and influence projects without direct authority, using strong communication and organizational skills
Translate customer needs into scalable solutions, balancing business goals with technical constraints
Support planning for Class 4–6 vehicle fleets and other automotive models (e.g., Tesla)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field
3–5 years of relevant industry experience in capacity planning, fleet services, or automotive operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL
experience with data visualization and analysis tools
Strong data sourcing and modeling skills, with the ability to simplify complex datasets for decision-makers
Familiarity with automotive technician service hour planning and fleet maintenance forecasting

Nice to have:

Experience with Class 4–6 vehicle fleet operations
Knowledge of automotive systems and service planning
Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven solutions from concept to execution
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
