Job Description:

We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to strengthen our North operations and drive execution excellence across our product portfolio. This role will work closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project lifecycle management and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and scale foundational processes
  • Partner directly with North leadership and Members of Technical Staff on efforts to design, develop and improve North's core capabilities and research bets
  • Run cross-functional programs
  • Map out dependencies and risks across the North ecosystem
  • Troubleshoot cross-team challenges and build dependable partnerships
  • Constantly seek to improve communication flow of priorities, ideas, and progress
  • Manage project tracking tools, Linear triage, team workflows, and facilitate cross-functional planning sessions
  • Respond quickly to program-level changes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Technical or Engineering Program Manager, with demonstrated experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience with AI/ML products or technical platforms
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable with low structure, high impact situations
  • Strong bias for action and can move quickly from problem identification to solution implementation
  • Experience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience working across multiple customer environments and triaging requests effectively
  • Love to automate your work
